Common Name The Fingered Habenaria

Found in Pakistan, western Himalayas, India, Assam, Nepal, Bangladesh, eastern Himalayas, Myanamar, Laos and Cambodia at elevations of 500 to 1000 meters as a small to large sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with an erect, stem carrying alternate, ovate to oblong-lanceolate, acute, undulate margin leaves that blooms in the winter on an erect, secund, 2 to 6" [5 to 15 cm] long, lax, several flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceolate, longer than the flowers bracts
