Found in Cameroon at elevations around 1700 meters as a just medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect stem carrying 2 to 7, narrowly lanceoalte, acute, suberect, decreasing in size upwards leaves that bloos in the late spring on an erect, terminal, 2.8 to 4" [7 to 10 cm] long, rather lax, 9 to 16 flowered inflorescnee with ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying small, resupinate, white to green flowers
Differs from all others in west central Africa by the ciliolate-papillate , similar petal lobes." Szlach etal 2010
