Common Name Bandisch's Hapalochilus [New Guinea Orchid Enthusiast current]

Found in Papua and New Guinea at elevations around 950 meters near Lake Kutubu as a hot growing epiphyte that has a basal, erect to pendant, longer than the leaf, single flowered inflorescence.
