Common Name The Mountain Loving Huttonaea

Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in Cape Province and Natal South Africa in damp grasslands and at the foot of cliffs at elevations of 1300 to 2200 meters as a small to just medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with two rather distant, lower larger, sessile, broadly ovate leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, terminal, 2 to 4, rarely 10 flowered inflorescence.
