Found in central Madagascar in lichen & mossy forests at elevations around 2000 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an erect osomewhat pendant stem carrying many, linear-ligulate, unequally and obtusely bilobed apically, leathery leaves taht blooms in the late spring and early summer on an axilalry, erect, .2 to .36" [3 to 7 mm] long, single flowered inflorescence
