Found in Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte at elevations of 850 to 1200 meters that has oblong to elliptic-lanceolate, acute, obscurely plicate leaves and blooms on an axillary, erect to slightly arching, 3/4" [2 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence occuring in the summer and early fall.
