Common Name The Tolima Kefersteinia [State In Colombia]
Flower Size 1 1/2" [3.5 cm]
Found in the state of Tolima, Colombia, as well as Ecuador and Venezuela in dense forests low down on tree trunks at elevations around 1500 to 2100 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with broadly lanceolate, acute or acuminate leaves giving rise to an axillary, erect, to pendant, 5 1/5" [13 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence that blooms in the summer and fall.
