Common Name Dark Laelia

Flower Size 6 1/2" [16.25 cm]

Found in Brazil as a medium sized, hot to cool growing species with a clavate pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, oblong-ovate to ligulate, leathery, rounded apically leaf and has a 12" [30 cm]long, racemose inflorescence with a large, basal sheath and 3 to 4 fragrant, short-lived, color variable flowers which occur from June til August.
