Common Name or Meaning The Very Similar Lepanthes

Found in Ecuador without locality as a miniature to small sized epiphyte with a pendant chain of coriaceous, densely pilose, elliptic, obtuse, 5 veined, contracted below into the base leaves that blooms in the summer on a .6 to 1" [1.5 to 2.5 cm] long, , ascending, successively single flowered inflorescence arising laterally from the ramicaul and has a ciliate floral bract

Similar to L pilosela but differs in the minute petals, the considerably larger, ovate lip with incurved sides that surround the column and the lip is longer than broad.
