Found in Amazonas Peru without collection data as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 5 to 6, tight fitting, microscopically ciliate, lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a slender, 2.4" [6 cm] long, lax, successively several flowered inflorescence arising on the top of the leaf.
