Common Name The Shaggy Petaled Lepanthes

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in northeastern Colombia and northwestern Venezuela at elevations of 2700 meters in cloud forests as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with erect, ramicauls enveloped basally by 5 to 7, lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, ovoid, purple flecked, attenuate, minutely tridenticulate apically leaf that blooms on a few erect, .5 to 1" [1.25 cm to 2.5 cm] long, successively single flowered inflorescence.
