Flower Size 1/4" [.62 cm]

Found in Java and Sumatra in wet montane forests at elevations of 650 to 2200 meters as a a medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial long-ovoid pseudobulbs spaced [6 to 12 cm] apart and enveloped basally by 4, imbricating sheaths and carrying 2, apical, lanceolate, acute, gradually narrowing into the base leaves that blooms in the fall on a semi-erect to horizontal, to 14.4" [to 36 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with triangular, acute floral bracts.
