Found only in the Philippines at elevations of 60 to 700 meters as a miniature sized, pendulous, hot growing epiphyte with a pendulous, fractiflex stem enveloped by withered, persistent sheaths carrying a 6 to 12, very leathery, alternate, narrowly oblong, velvetlike leaves that blooms on a pendulous, opposite the leaves, 1.4" to 3.6" [4 to 9 cm] long, to 50 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate bracts.
