Found in Colombia and Ecuador at elevations of 1100 to 1500 meters as a hot to warm growing epiphtye with fusiform pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, linear, obtuse, conduplicate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on basal, erect, 4" [10 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
This is a doubtful determination use with caution lateral sepals way too thin, can't see lip well enough.
