Common Name The Dischore Bulbophyllum [Mountains in New Guinea]

Found in the Sulawesi Islands and New Guinea at elevations of 1300 meters as a miniature sized, cool to warm growing epiphyte with .4" [1 cm] between each obliquely ovoid, sulcate, 4 angled pseudobulbs that carry a single, apical, erect, elliptic, obtuse leaf that is contracted subpetiolate below that can bloom at any time of the year on a pubescent 5" [12.5 cm] long, wiry spike carrying a single pendent alien-looking non-resupinate flower,
