Fascinating flowers that arrive in the winter and have a nice scent, are on an ascending inflorescence that arise from the mid section of a mature pseudobulb and comes from Costa Rica. A deciduous plant that likes water with 2" new growth, and then water much less after the leaf fall, blooms on a leafless plant in the winter.
