Found in the Philippines at elevations of 500 to 800 meters as a erect to ascending, mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with ovate, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 1 to many flowered inflorescence oftens with pairs of flowers with bracteolate, fringed margin, dry membraneous bracts.
