Found in the eastern Himalayas, Myanamar, Thailand and Malaysia in tropical valleys at lower elevations as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with a very short stem carrying, in a fan, 3 to 4, acute, nearly straight leaves that blooms in the summer on an axillary, longer than the leaf, short scape, many flowered inflorescence with close, set in a whorl flowers
