Common Name Bodkin's Pachites

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in southwestern Cape Province South Africa in moist to marshy sheltered sandy slopes in fynbos at elevations of 300 to 800 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with 3 to 7, partly erect, very narrow, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on an erect, terminal, to 12 flowered inflorescence carrying weakly scented flowers held in a corymb.
