Common Name The Celebes Phalaenopsis
Flower Size 1 1/4" [3 cm]
Found in the Celebes Isalnds, now called Sulawesi, as a miniature epiphyte with dark green, mottled with silver grey leaves that blooms in July and August on a lateral, arching then pendant, 16" [40 cm] long, purplish-green, racemose or paniculate, many flowered inflorescence with small bracts and successively opening flowers, starting at the base of the inflorescence and should have year-round waterings and full shade.
