Found in Cochabamba Bolivia in tropical wet forests at elevations around 300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with ovate, close set pseudobulbs enveloped basally by foliaceous sheaths carrying a single apical, rigid, united dorsally ventrally, linear-ligulate, acumiante leaves taht blooms in the summer on a short, axillary, fasiculate, successively single, several flowered inflorescnece carrying clear yellow flowers.
