Found in Belize at elevations around 760 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 2, thin, tubular sheaths and carrying asingle apical, suberect to prostrate, lens-shaped, elliptical, subacute to obtuse, cuneate below intothe petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on a filiform, .8 to 1" [2 to 2.5 cm] long, subcongested, successively few flowered inflorescence arising laterally from the ramicaul
