Common Name The Petropolis Pleurothallis [A city to the north of Rio]
Flower Size .16" [4 mm]
Found in Rio de Janiero state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with fragile, cylindrical ramicauls enveloped by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, fleshy, obovate-oblong, attenuate below into the base leaf that blooms in the spring on a fascile of very short, single flowered inflorescence
