Found in the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations around 1300 meters as a medium sized, warm growing terrestrial with clustered, succulent, recurved, cylindrical pseudobulbs enveloped by elongate fibers basally and carrying plicate, 3 veined, linear, leathery, acute apically, gradually narrowing below into the long-petiolate base leaves that blooms in the early spring and again in the late summer on a lateral from the base, erect, densely brown pubescent, to 24" [to 60 cm] long, loosely few flowered inflorescence with pubescent, lanceolate, acute floral bracts.
