Found in New South Wales Australia in seasonally wet low-lying depressions often among moss at elevations of 5 to 750 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, stem clasping, free part .1 to .28" long leaf ending below the flowers that blooms in the fall on an erect, .4 to 2" [1 to 5 cm] long, 2 to 10 flowered inflorescence
