Found in Sao Tome Africa on small trees and shrubs and often terrestrially or scrambing in low vegetation at elevations of 1260 to 1440 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte or terrestrial with a long stem carrying many, well spaced, narrowly oblong leaves that blooms on a below the root along the stem, to 18 flowered inflorescence .
