Found in Thailand as a hot to warm growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying terete leaves that blooms in the late fall and early winter on a branched 8 to 10" [20 to 25 cm] long, longer than the leaves, several flowered inflorescence and has very dark brown purple flowers with a yellowish lip with a light purple tip.
