Common Name Huebner's Sigmatostalix [German orchid collector in Amazon early 20th cen]
Flower Size 1/3" [7.5 mm]
Found in Venezuela and Brazil in lowland humid rainforests at elevations of 120 to 140 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with elliptic-ovoid pseudobulbs subtended by a few shorter, leaf bearing sheaths and carrying a single apical, elliptical-lanceolate, acute leaf that is conduplicate towards the base and blooms in the springon an axillary, 4" [10 cm] long, several flowered, racemose inflorescence arising on a mature pseudobulb and is slightly fractiflex. The Photos I took are the least likely to be this species but my Colombian friends swear that it is so.
