This species is from Burma, Thailand, the and the Malaysian pennisula as a medium sized, hot growing lithophyte occuring on limestone at elevations of sea level to 200 meters with above ground, small, rounded psuedobulbs carrying 2 to 3, rather narrow, lanceolate, acute, attenuated basally leaves that blooms fall on an erect, slender, white pubescent, to 12" [to 30 cm] long, few to several [6 to 10], successively 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
