Found in northern Venezuela as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by a tubular sheathand carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, obtuse, tridenticulate, cuneate below into the channeled petiolate base leaf that blooms in the winter, spring and summer on an erect, terete, pale green, to 1.6" [4 cm] long including the .6" [1.5 cm] long peduncle, mostly simultaneously to 30 flowered inflorescence arising from the apex of the ramicaul and has pale very small floral bracts.
