Common Name The Duck Foot Stelis [refers to the flowers shape]

This determination is fairly certain.

Found in Ecuador and Peru at elevations of 700 to 2400 meters as a small sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls partially enveloped by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, oblong-ligulate, subobtuse, attenuate below intothe petiollate base leaf that blooms on an erct, occasionally arcuate, 3.2 to 5.6" [8 to 14 cm] long, secund inflorescence with flowers from just above the base to the apex.
