Common Name Rimann's Sunipia - In China Yuan Ban Da Bao Lan

Flower Size 1/4" [8 mm]

Found in Myanamar, Thailand and Yunnan China in forests on tree trunks at elevations around 1600 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with .6" [1.5 cm] between each ovoid pseudobulb carrying a single, apcial, erect, oblong, leathery, contracted below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, slender, 2 to 3.2" [ 5 to 8 cm] long, 2 to 3 flowered inflroescence with 2 to 3 sheaths and ovate-lanceolate, membraneous, acute floral bracts.

CAUTION There are most likely 2 to 3 species represented here. Reference material on Sunipia is hard to come by so I have put them both here. The first matches the photos and drawings, but the others do not in the petals and in the column. I await better references to be able to ID them all correctly.
