Found in penninsular Thailand elevations of 1400 to 1500 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte or lithophyte with close set, round to globular, smooth pseudobulbs carrying, a single apical, lanceolate, fat, acute, sessile leaf and blooms in the fall and winter on a few basal, short, single flowered inflorescence
