Common Name The Two Spotted Trichoglottis

Flower Size 1/4" [.8 cm]

Found in Myanamar, Malaysia and Thailand in seasonally dry forests at elevations of 50 to 300 meters as a medium sized, hot growing monopodial epiphyte with a scrambling stem carrying linear leaves that narrow gradually to a blunt, bidentate tip and have a narrow clasping base and blooms at most any time of the year on a short, single to 2 flowered inflorescence with several fragrant flowers held at each node and held close in to the stem and leaf base.

Very similar to and often cited as synomonous with T acutifolia but differs in the narrower leaf with bidentate apices as well as pure yelloow unspotted sepals and petals and having an elliptic ovate labellum sidelobes with a rounded apice.
