Common Name The Bracteate Trichoglottis

Flower Size to almost 2 1/2" [6 cm]

This small to large sized, hot to warm growing, epiphytic species is from the Philippines at elevations of sealevel to 300 meters with elongated, branching, white roots produced all along the erect, leafy towards the apex stem carrying distichous, coriaceous, oblong to oblong-ovate, retuse, mucronate, carinate leaves stem and blooms on an axillary, short, racemose inflorescence with 1 or 2 fragrant, fleshy flowers occuring in the spring and summer.
