SUBGENUS Aenigma Luer 1986 Characterized by the shortly repent, ascending rhizome with more or less fasciculated, short ramicauls witha successively flowered inflorescence arising through an annulus. There are two sections divided over having a long-spiculate or a glabrous ovary.
