Common Name The Andringitra Angraecum [A mountain and national park in the southeast of Madagascar]

Found in southeastern Madagascar at elevations of 1600 to 2000 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with a simple stem carrying many ligulate, slightly attenuate towards the nase leaves that blooms in the late summer and early fall on an erect, 2 to 2.6" [5 to 6 cm] long overall, peduncle 1.6" [4.5 cm] long, provided with a few, above and below the middle bracts, 2 to 4 flowered inflorescence with ovate, apiculate, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying small, greenish white flowers.
