Common Name or Meaning The Broad Lipped Ceratostylis

Found only in Papua New Guinea in lower montane forests at elevations around 1000 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with tubular, slender, glabrous stems basally enveloped by emarcescent sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, terete, acute leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on very short, single flowered inflorescence holding the flower at the apex of the leaf.

Schlechter states that the flowers are pure white.
