Common Name The Beautiful Ceratostylis

Flower Size .16" [4 mm] long

Found in Penninsular Malaysia, Java, Sumatra and Borneo at elevations of 1000 to 2200 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with slender, single noded stems carrying a single, apical, linear, acute, fleshy leaf that blooms in the winter on a terminal, short, single flowered inflorescence enveloped by dried bracts and have hairy pedicels and carry, fragrant flowers that do not open well.

The shortly cclawed, triangular lip clearly distinguishes this species from others in the genus.
