Common Name or Meaning The White Ceratostylis

Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in western and southern Sumatara at elevations around 1400 to 2700 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a short, much branching rhizome carrying in a tuft, terete stems carrying a single, erect, almost terete, channeled all the way to the apex leaf that blooms in the later spring on in bundles, few to several, .08" [2 mm] long, single flowered inflorescnece with conspicuous, rounded-ovate, acute to acuminate floral bracts.
