Found on Mindanao within the Philippines at elevations around 1600 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a branching rhizome giving rise to small, cylindrical pseudobulbs carrying a single, fleshy, nearly terete, grooved above leaf that blooms in the late spring and early summer on a .4" [1 cm] long, densely white pubescent inflorescence and carrying white flowers.
