Found in the Gulf of Guinea Islands [Principe] at elevations of 300 to 400 meters as a large sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a long stem carrying elliptic leaves that blooms on a pendent, to 12" [to 30 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with short broad bracts.
