Found in New Guinea often overhanging streams and watercourses in crooks of trees in humus at elevations of 250 to 600 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying 2 to 4, erect-patent, grading smaller above, well spaced, ovate to ovate-lanceolate, acute to acuminate, subrotund below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the winter on a terminal, erect, pubescent, 1.6" [4 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence.
