Found in north Vietnam as a very rare mini-miniature sized terrestrial that has an erect stem carrying 3 to 5 basal, triangular-cordate, acute, abruptly narrowing below into the short petiolate base leaves that blooms on an erect, 1.6" [4 cm] long, 2 to 4 flowered inflorescence with triangular-ovate, acuminate, pubescent, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
