Common Name The Three-Lipped Chiloglottis - In Australia - Tall Wasp Orchid - Teh Long-Clubbed Wasp Orchid

Flower Size 5/8" [1.5 cm]

Found as a miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial occuring in New South Wales and Victoria, Australia at elevations of 100 to 1200 meters in shaded places in closed scrublands, heathlands and open forests in well drained soils where it will bloom in the summer and fall after leaf fall on an erect, green, swollen apically, to 6" [to 15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.

Often cited as a synonym of C reflexa but differs in the elongate drooping neck of the free standing gland so I have kept it separate.
