Common Name or Meaning The Netted Chrysoglossum [refers to the color pattern on the flower]

Found in Sarawak and Sabah Borneo near Mount Kinabalu in montane rain forests at elevation of 1300 to 2000 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial orchid with slender, cylindric, close set, tapering towards the apex pseudobulbs carrying a single, plicate, linear-lanceolate, acute, gradually narrowing below into the elongate petiolate base leaf that blooms at most any time of the year on a erect, to 36.8" [to 92 cm] long, successively 15 to 30 flowered inflorescence with 3 to 4 internodes and patent, ovate, 3 to 5 nerved floral bracts.
