Common Name The Buenaventura Cleistes [A city on the Pacific coast of Colombia]

Found in Valle de Cauca Department of Colombia in lowland tropical forests near sea level as a large sized, hot growing terrestrial with a slender, erect, stem carrying 4, lower down on the stem, oblong-lanceolate, acute, glabrous leaves that blooms in the later spring on a short, terminal, single flowered inflorescence.
