Common Name The Large Flowered Cleistes

Flower Size 4.8" [12 cm]

Found in Trinidad, French Guiana, Guyana and Brazil as a large sized, hot growing terrestrial with a robust, leafy stem carrying 4 to 6, erect-patent, oblong-lanceolate, acute to acuminate, amplexicaul below into the base leaves that blooms on 2 to 3, axillary, single flowered inflorescence carrying yellow flowers.
