Flower Size 2.8" [7 cm]

Found in Bolivar Venezuela and Brazil at elevations around 1000 to 1300 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with an erect, slightly sinuous, glabrous stem carrying 3 to 6, patent, dark, dull green, ovate-lanceolate, distinctly veined, acuminate leaves that blooms in the late summer and earlier fall on axillary, successively single to 5 flowered inflorescence.
