Flower Size small for the genus

Found in northern Venezuela near Caracas as a miniature sized terrestrial with an erect, thin, more or less flexuous, terete, rigid stem carrying 3 to 4, small, ovate-lanceolate, acute leaves that blooms on erect, successively single flowered inflorescence.
